Rational Solutions for Farming offers a liberal Returns Policy. Please call or email before returning goods. Unopened items in their original factory box greatly simplify the return process. We do not charge a restocking fee, but you pay for return shipping and return insurance. Returns can happen for many reasons. A gift may be given that recipient may decide to exchange. You may determine that a portion of the order does not meet your needs. Items may be defective although the shipping box shows no damage.
